Ed joined GQ|Littler in January 2022 from Marriott Harrison. He had previously trained and qualified at Howard Kennedy.

Ed covers all aspects of employment law and works with businesses ranging from tech start-ups to PLCs and the London offices of overseas companies. He advises on terminations, restructurings and redundancies, whistleblowing, discrimination, Employment Tribunal litigation, bonuses and drafting employment contracts.

Ed also enjoys supporting VC investments and corporate transactions (especially those with a TUPE element), identifying associated employment risks and advising on how to mitigate them.
