She is esteemed for her employment tribunal litigation experience. She regularly assists clients with unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistle-blowing claims. Hannah specialises in high value and/or complex and strategically challenging employment tribunal litigation. Earlier this year, she successfully defended a circa. £2.2m Tribunal claim for race, sex, and associative disability discrimination, victimisation and unfair dismissal. Most recently she is advising on a long-running piece of litigation involving three Tribunal claims (harassment (sex), sex, race and religious discrimination, victimisation and equal pay) and a County Court claim, and a sex discrimination, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, and victimisation claim which has received significant press attention, was successfully appealed to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and is now awaiting remission to a fresh Tribunal.
With a growing High Court practice, Hannah has also been involved in numerous high-value confidential information and restrictive covenant matters. She is also a trusted adviser on the full range of employee relations issues with an increasing international focus, co-ordinating advice and strategy for international clients across EMEA and globally. Hannah is particularly interested in gender pay and equal pay within the workplace and the wider issues of diversity and inclusion faced by employers.
Hannah heads up the firm’s legal technology practice and is building the firm’s reputation as an innovator and market leader in this arena. She also leads the firm's knowhow and training capabilities, keeping clients and the team informed of legal developments, and is a co-founder of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. Hannah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Deputy Chair of ELA’s Training Committee. She is also a member of PEN, PSL Network and the Association of Women Solicitors.
