Jon Gilligan is one of the founders of GQ|Littler and its Managing Partner. 

He has previously worked on some of the most challenging employment law matters and focuses on legal advice being delivered in a way that finds practical and creative solutions for clients that are tailored to their risk appetite and culture.

He has been recognised as a leading practitioner by Who's Who Legal, Legal 500 (2012 - 21), Best Lawyers United Kingdom (2020 - 24) and in the International Employment Lawyer's IEL Elite (2024), an inaugural guide to the world’s best employment and labour law teams, as a key lawyer. 

Before establishing GQ|Littler Jon worked at leading global firm Linklaters and as in-house counsel in the investment division of global bank RBS.
