Megan has experience across all areas of employment law and regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional projects.

Megan joined GQ|Littler in January 2022 as an associate, having trained at UK law firm Mills & Reeve. She also worked at US law firm Squire Patton Boggs, where she gained extensive experience on a large Equal Pay claim for a large supermarket client.

Megan has experience advising NHS trusts, clients in the retail, construction, financial services and education sectors on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

In particular, she has advised on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims. Megan also advises on the day-to-day HR issues including recruitment, managing employee performance and conduct, workplace change and redundancies, and terminations, including preparing settlement agreements. She has also regularly coordinated multi-jurisdictional projects, which have recently concerned deferral of salary increases, COVID-19 measures and the collection and use of diversity and inclusion data.
