Megan has experience across all areas of employment law and regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional projects.

Megan joined GQ|Littler in January 2022 as an associate, having trained at UK law firm Mills & Reeve. She also worked at US law firm Squire Patton Boggs, where she gained extensive experience on a large Equal Pay claim for a large supermarket client.

Megan has experience advising NHS trusts, clients in the retail, construction, financial services and education sectors on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

In particular, she has advised on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims. Megan also advises on the day-to-day HR issues including recruitment, managing employee performance and conduct, workplace change and redundancies, and terminations, including preparing settlement agreements. She has also regularly coordinated multi-jurisdictional projects, which have recently concerned deferral of salary increases, COVID-19 measures and the collection and use of diversity and inclusion data.

In the Legal 500 (2023) guide clients say, "The Littler UK team – in particular our core team of Raoul Parekh, Kate Richards and Megan Todd-Jones – have been instrumental in helping Moderna expand its global footprint across the EMEA region. The team, working as our legal project managers and advisors, has worked in close partnership to help us deliver strategic advice and record speed and approach complex problems with a true global view. We would not have been able to be as efficient or effective without their partnership."
