Niall Pelly leads and manages GQ|Littler’s office in Ireland.

Niall advises employers on all aspects of Irish employment law, with particular expertise in dealing with complex, business critical litigation such as whistleblowing claims and High Court employment injunctions. He also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing projects, together with all issues relating to internal investigation, disciplinary, change management, redundancy and insolvency processes.

Niall works with large national and multinational clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, aircraft leasing, fintech and financial services.
