Paul has particular expertise in complex, high value employment disputes which require a strategic solution. He regularly advises on team moves and theft of confidential information matters which require High Court injunctions (often with a global, multi-jurisdictional element), bonus disputes, discrimination cases and TUPE. He is particularly commended for his tactical approach in litigation matters which helps deliver the desired outcome.
