Philip advises across all aspects of the employment relationship from commencement through to termination.
Philip advises clients in respect of day-to-day HR issues, including the preparation of employment policies and contractual documentation, grievance and disciplinary investigations and employee / executive exits. In addition, he also has experience advising on Irish corporate immigration matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions and reorganisations, including collective redundancy matters, the application of TUPE regulations and due diligence exercises.
Philip joined GQ|Littler in February 2023 as an associate in the Dublin office. Prior to joining GQ|Littler, Philip worked as an associate on the Employment Law and Corporate Immigration team in KPMG Legal Services.
Philip is a graduate of Dublin City University where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law. He also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from University College Dublin.
