Following legal processes to fairly dismiss employees is bread and butter for many HR practitioners. However, sometimes employers can get a better result without following the usual process.
In the first of our interactive Breakfast Club Workshops we will explore when employers might deliberately choose not to follow the textbook dismissal procedures, including the best tactics for settlement negotiations and a focus on senior exits. Participants will take part in an interactive case study where the facts change in real time.
We have created the GQ|Littler Breakfast Club to hold regular free breakfast events where HR professionals come together to learn more about key employment issues, meet other professionals and share experiences. All levels of professionals are welcome to attend.
