Advising a global bank on the employment aspects of a 30 country IT outsourcing project

Advising a global bank on the employment aspects of a 30 country IT outsourcing project

For this project we partnered with a specialist outsourcing firm to advise the bank on its re-tendering of it’s global IT outsourcing agreement.

Our work involved assessing the bids of four different potential suppliers in terms of the staff associated costs and negotiating the HR provisions of the agreement in a way that would work across all of the 30 countries involved.

The project, which lasted a number of months, was concluded successfully and involved a significant cost saving for the bank. The project also demonstrated the value of high quality boutiques collaborating on a high value project to deliver greater value than that offered by traditional, full-service law firms.
