The football star’s alleged conduct illustrates ongoing concerns about the use of NDAs on both sides of the Atlantic.

The football world has recently been rocked by reports in the German press about a rape allegedly perpetrated in Las Vegas by Cristiano Ronaldo in 2008. The allegations are shocking – Ronaldo’s alleged victim, Kathryn Mayorga, paints a deeply unpleasant picture of the world-famous footballer’s behaviour in an extensive interview by German newspaper Der Spiegel.
