Senior Partner Paul Quain adds: “Our philosophy in setting up GQ was to create a different kind of law firm that was both a great place to work and offered opportunities for everyone to contribute to the firm’s development. We believe the success of this strategy is borne out by our retention rates, and by our ability to ‘grow our own’ senior team members.”
Raoul Parekh, Partner, says: “I’m delighted to be joining the partnership at GQ|Littler and to be contributing to the firm’s next phase of growth.”
Caroline Baker, Senior Counsel, comments: “It’s been very exciting to see GQ|Littler develop since I joined seven years ago and I am excited to start the next stage of my career, and develop new opportunities for the firm.”
