We are delighted to annouce that on 25 May 2016 our Partner Daniel Pollard joined the management committee of the Employment Lawyer's Association (ELA) following an election of the membership.
ELA is an apolitical organisation representing the views and interests of just over 6,000 specialist, qualified employment lawyers in the UK. ELA was founded in 1992 and aims to promote the best practice of employment law and support the work of UK employment lawyers.
As the leading boutique employment law practice in the UK, we have long supported ELA and our team contribute actively to its work. We are also very proud of the work undertaken by two of our senior associates who serve on ELA's specialist committees. Caroline Baker has been involved in setting up Employment Tribunal Litigant in Person Support Scheme (ELIPS) as a member of the pro-bono committee. Hannah Mahon is also an active member of ELA's highly regarded training committee.
