Just published: major new research from Littler into HR trends and attitudes across Europe

As you may have seen in recent press coverage on Bloomberg, in The Times and The Guardian we have just published a major new study into HR trends and attitudes across Europe.

The report, entitled ‘Littler’s Executive Employer Survey Europe 2018’, highlights the key issues for 800 C-suite executives, HR professionals and in-house counsel across eight European markets. Sexual harassment in the workplace is one of the biggest concerns and the research shows that the #MeToo movement has prompted 79% of European employers to take concrete action. Other key issues were found to be gender pay equity, the rise of the gig and digital economies and immigration policy changes.

This study is part of Littler’s commitment to its fast-growing European client base. We are keen to help our clients understand which labour and employment issues are having the biggest impact across Europe and in their own local markets, in order to help them respond in the way that works for them. In addition to the European-level picture, the report breaks down the findings by each of the eight European countries and by size of enterprise, so there is a great deal of detail to help you evaluate your business against your peers.
