Alison Finn joins from Matheson where she was a senior associate in the employment, pensions and benefits team.

Alison will assist clients with drafting employment policies and contractual documentation (including for international businesses expanding into Ireland), as well as guiding employers through HR processes, including grievances, disciplinary procedures and performance management procedures.
She has particular expertise in handling employee terminations and any subsequent settlement negotiations, together with defending claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and managing employment injunctions.
Niall Pelly, Partner and Head of Dublin Office at GQ|Littler says: “We’re delighted to welcome Alison to our growing Dublin office. Her considerable experience and expertise will help GQ|Littler meet the needs of our clients as they navigate employment issues in the post-Covid environment.”

Nicola James, Partner, joins from Baker McKenzie, Laura Lobb, Partner, joins from CMS and Ed Belam, Senior Associate, joins from Marriott Harrison.
These appointments will assist the firm in providing dedicated employment advice related to M&A deals, MBOs, carve-outs, demergers and other major corporate transactions. Megan Todd-Jones has also joined the London office as an associate from Squire Patton Boggs.
