New Ways of Working: answering the biggest employment law questions

Littler has partnered with the International Employment Lawyer to contribute to its new comparative reference tool, 'New Ways of Working' in Austria, Ireland, the US and the UK.

Partners Darren Isaacs and Niall Pelly have produced the UK and Ireland chapters respectively to provide answers to frequently asked employment law questions for in-house lawyers and HR specialists.

The tool launched on 21 September 2021 and the resource examines the responses of major jurisdictions to the challenges of the pandemic and the evolution of working practices, enabling in-house employment counsel and HR professionals to quickly and easily compare their legal queries across the various jurisdictions their organisations operate in.

Initially launched with 18 chapters covering countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the tool includes information on key topics such as vaccination considerations, the return to work and legislation for remote working.
